Returns & Refund PolicyDamaged & Incorrect Items If you should receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Markagift.com within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how to return the damaged / incorrect item. All returns and exchanges will only be accepted if they have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number to be accepted at the warehouse. Please email returns@markagift.com to obtain an RMA. Once the RMA is issued, please return the package to designated warehouse within 14 days of receipt. If Item appears to have been damaged while on transit, please keep the item and any packing materials that came with your shipment just in case the carrier (UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS etc.) would like to investigation the damage. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at the warehouse, the correct replacement items will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charge. Items for Refund If you should decide that you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, please contact Markagift.com within 7 days of receipt to obtain an RMA and instructions on how and where to return the item. You must then at your expense, ship the item (in new condition and in it's original packaging) back to designated warehouse within 14 days of receipt. Once the merchandise is received at the warehouse, we will issue a credit to your credit card for the original purchase price of the item(less shipping charges). |
